By downloading, installing, or using the Drums Machine mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before starting your session.

Agreement: If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our application.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Drums Machine for personal, non-commercial musical purposes. You may use the app to practice, perform, and record music.

2. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, sound samples, metronome algorithms, and source code, is the exclusive property of Greycat Network Tech Co., Ltd. You may not:

Reverse engineer or decompile the app.
Extract and redistribute the individual drum sound samples.
Copy or replicate the user interface for commercial gain.

3. In-App Purchases

Certain features may require payment. All transactions are handled through the Apple App Store. We reserve the right to change our pricing or subscription models at any time with notice through the platform.

4. Disclaimers

Drums Machine is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive for perfect timing and high-fidelity sound, we are not responsible for any musical performance issues or data loss occurring on your device.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the application at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
